Calloway controls each step of the urine drug testing process, minimizing possible delays and errors. We closely monitor each specimen throughout the testing lifecycle until results are reviewed and reported to the facility. Results are available via our secure, HIPAA compliant website.

Collection and Secure Transport Services

Calloway provides certified on-site collection and courier services throughout the Northeast, with satellite offices available for off-site collections. Collections performed by Calloway staff use documented chain-of-custody procedures where necessary. For facilities located beyond the courier service area, secure overnight packaging and shipping ensures safe and rapid delivery of specimens to the lab for processing.

High Volume Screening

Calloway’s Substance Abuse Protocol includes high volume urine screening for results within 24 hours. Our screening technology can identify any of 17 drugs, making it one of the most comprehensive portfolios available. We customize this list for each facility depending on the individual requirements of the patient base.

Our screening menu includes oxycodone (Oxycontin®, Percocet®), buprenorphine (Suboxone®), methadone, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), THC, propoxyphene, benzodiazepines, cocaine, ethanol, amphetamines, and barbiturates. In addition, specialty screening tests for other less commonly abused drugs are available by request, and all of our reports can be custom tailored to reflect standard or zero tolerance cutoff levels.

Customized Protocols

To better serve our client’s needs Calloway Labs offers a series of customized protocols for Substance abuse, Pain Care, Workers’ Compensation and Buprenorphine Treatment. (See Customized Protocols.)

Each protocol is tailored for the specific market served. The entire drug testing lifecycle has been designed by industry experts – from how specimens are collected to the types of tests conducted and method of review and reporting.

In-House Confirmations-GC/MS, LC/MS-MS

Facilities may also customize their Substance Abuse Protocol to include confirmation testing following positive laboratory screens. Not only is Calloway one of the few US laboratories to in-house Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS), the “Gold Standard” in drug testing confirmations, but we now offer Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) as well. LC/MS-MS is an advanced state-of-the-art technology which provides our customers with immediate access to an extensive number of tests which are not viable using more traditional confirmation methods.

Third-Party Billing

Calloway handles all billing through third party insurance carriers. This means the benefits of Calloway’s drug testing services are available without administrative effort or financial obligation.
