Calloway Labs provides collection and courier services with a staff of certified personnel throughout the Northeast. Both supervised and unsupervised urine collections are available at facilities and Calloway satellite offices are available for off-site collections.

All of Calloway’s collections are performed using industry standards for documented chain-of-custody. In addition, Calloway’s training staff can assist customers in implementing best practices for the collection process.

Calloway’s fleet of collection vehicles is equipped with satellite tracking to constantly monitor the location of specimens and ensure timely service. A dispatch office is manned 24/7 to track each courier and can be called to schedule emergency pickups.
