Calloway offers a one-of-a-kind Medical Review Officer (MRO) process for our Pain Care Protocol. Unlike commonly performed medical reviews, our MRO does not simply look for positive results, but also identifies inconsistencies between toxicology results and the drugs prescribed by the ordering physician. The MRO’s review has been fully integrated into our reporting process so that physicians receive comments with each test.
